In Emmen there is a beautiful new theatre which forms the transition between Emmen city centre and the new Wildland Adventure Zoo. Hence the building was designed as a mix between culture and nature. The undulating shape of this connection continues in the theatre's green roof. It is also explicitly present in the theatre itself. The Derako ceiling meanders through the building at a height of between five and fifteen metres. It is convex and concave and has five to six different radiation points. Everything was worked out in advance.
